We do, every time. ID and proof of address first, then the door. If nobody asks, that should bother you.

Almost always. The car is opened and a new key is cut and programmed right where you are, immobilizer included, for most makes and years.

How fast can someone get to me?

We give you a time window when you call, and a message if it moves. Where you are and what the roads are doing set the time, so the dispatcher gives a real window on the call, not a website promise.

Does renting change anything?

Yes. Lockouts, rekeys between tenancies and mailbox locks in apartment blocks are regular work. If you manage or own the property, call us directly.

Rekey or new locks, which do I need?

In most cases yes. With rekeying the hardware stays and the key changes, which suits a new home or a lost key. Unless the lock itself is worn or broken, replacement isn't the answer.
